John brings extensive clinical expertise to his role as the Nurse Practitioner at The Drip Factor. With more than a decade of experience across critical care, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and emergency medicine, John is deeply committed to providing safe, evidence-based care with a strong patient-centered focus.
At The Drip Factor, John oversees patient clearances and ensures that every client receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. His dedication to clinical excellence, safety, and thoughtful patient assessment helps ensure the highest level of quality and optimal outcomes for all who receive care with us.
Heather brings a wealth of clinical expertise with her to The Drip Factor. With extensive experience across emergency medicine and nursing leadership, Heather has spent her career advancing evidence-based practice, improving patient outcomes, and elevating the quality and safety of care across major healthcare systems. In addition to her hospital leadership roles, Heather has more than two years of hands-on experience in concierge medicine and IV nutritional therapy, giving her a deep understanding of personalized wellness treatments and patient-centered care. She is dedicated to delivering safe, evidence-based services and ensuring that every client receives a treatment plan tailored to their individual goals, health history, and clinical needs.
