4. Booking, Cancellations, and Deposits

• Appointments: All services are by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• No-Shows/Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or failing to appear for your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session to ensure other clients are not delayed.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services (IV hydration and wellness supplies), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered or packages purchased. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us at info@thedripfactornj.com so we can address your concerns.

6. User ConductYou agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm another person, including our staff, via the Site or in person. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of our staff; any such behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
